Situated in the centre of Montaione, the palazzo has now been carefully restored to its former splendeour retaining much of its historical charm. The new owners have transformed it into one of the most exclusive hotels in the area by converting the living quarters into 5 suites and 24 rooms complete with bathroom, air-conditioning, direct telephone, hair-dryer, safe, radio, refrigerator-bar and colour Satellite TV. The hotel also offers all the comforts you would expect to find in such prestigoius surrondings, including a comfortable American bar, a reading room with a beautiful historical library, a fully equipped conference room and a garage. Outdoor facilities facilites include a swimming pool with hydromassage and a tennis court. Golf lovers can avail of 18-hole golf course of the "Golf Club Castelfalfi", in the immediate vicinaty of the hotel. The restaurant is housed within the former cellars of the building. Its brick arches create an original and cosy atmosphere where guests can enjoy the specailities of the typical Tuscan cuisine, including local delicacies such as mushrooms and the white truffle from Montaione.
