Villa I Cipressi stands at the end of an avenue of trees and overlooks a broad field typical of the Tuscan landscape. It is surrounded by olive and fruit trees. The villa is on two floors: on the ground floor there is a stone-walled room with chairs and a table and a double sofa-bed. The neighbouring room is an elegantly equipped kitchen, furnished in the old Tuscan style, with an open fireplace. There is also a small bathroom. On the upper floor there are two rooms, one decorated in yellow and one in green, both having splendid rustic views. They share a bathroom on the same floor. Yellow bedroom: With a mezzanine for very close friends or just a huge bedroom for two. Through the windows you may view the night sky and imagine that you are not on a beautiful flat plan, but on a magical sphere. On the first floor are two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two singles. Both rooms have fine views over the garden and there is a bathroom with all comforts between the two rooms. The green room: With the brass beds the green room compliment the view of the olive groves. Botticelli gave birth to Venus, this room will deliver every new day in only one way, the Tuscan way. Kitchen-Lounge: Relax in the lounge area, created in the kitchen or simply pull off a Dante's style Inferno in the woodfire. Oak beamed ceiling, terracotta tiles and sumptious furnishing create a spacious but confortable space. The ground floor comprises a comfortable living room (original exposed stone walls) with table, chairs and double sofa bed. The living room is connected to the kitchen which, with its open atmosphere and fireplace, represents the heart of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, washing machine and fridge and leads directly onto the garden. There is also a small bathroom off the kitchen. Die Villa hat zwei Stöcke: im Erdgeschoß befinden sich ein Wohnzimmer mit Natursteinwänden, mit Tisch, Stühlen und einem doppelten Schlafsofa, eine elegant ausgestattete Küche in antikem toskanischem Stil mit einem offenen Kamin und ein kleines Badezimmer.
