Barbara, la proprietaria e pittrice d'arte contemporanea, dirige Girasolereale B&B, e una buona viaggiatrice lei stessa. Ha vissuto un periodo in California, e sviluppando questo progetto ha seguito delle linee guida molto semplici: bella ubicazione, qualita', personalita', comfort e semplicita' al prezzo giusto per un vero viaggiatore. Girasolereale B&B è una villa unifamiliare circondata da un grande giardino, all'interno della quale gli ospiti possono trovare alloggio in uno dei tre appartamentini a disposizione, una mansarda e due a livello giardino. Ogni struttura ha l'ingresso indipendente, l'angolo cottura totalmente equipaggiato, saloncino con divano letto, camera matrimoniale o a due letti separati, bagno con doccia e lavatrice, tv color e uno con caminetto e lavastoviglie. Dopo aver goduto della bellezza di Roma e della sua vita frenetica sperimenterete il piacere e l'intimità di un giardino tranquillo dove poter riposare, prendere Il sole aiutati dal nostro favorevole clima, leggere un buon libro, assaggiare un blcchiere di vino freddo o un cappuccino, scoprire i nuovi quadri creati da Barbara . Per gli appassionati di bicicletta c'e la possibilità di affittarne due. Ottimi percorsi per passeggiate o footing proprio davanti casa. Girasolereale Bed & Breakfast is located south of Rome in the Blue Village, a residential area near EUR, exactly 15 km from the Viale Cristoforo Colombo in front of the Natural Reserve of Malafede, twenty minutes from the Fiumicino's Airport. Girasolereale B&B is a vill surrounded by a large garden, inside of which guests can find lodging in one of the three apartments: one mansard and two at garden level. Each structure has lts independent entrance, a small kitchen fully equipped, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with one or two separate beds, a bath with a shower and laundry, a TV. One apartment has a fireplace and a dishwasher. Barbara, the owner and a painter of contemporary art, is a well-travelled person herself, since she lived in Califomia. Barbara developed this project following very simple guidelines: nice location, quality, personality, comfort and simplicity at the nght price for a regular traveller.
