Relais Hotel Villa Tavolese offers one of the most spectacular and breathless views of Tuscany, dominating the Elsa Valley and the characteristic towers of San Gimignano, the tower of Pogni, the Castello of Certaldo Alto and the Castello of Santa Maria Novella. The resort features three beautiful Tuscan villas : the main building, Villa Tavolese, built by the people of Marcialla as the home of the local school, Villa Luisa, home of a publisher who lived there for several years and Villa Iris. The refurbishment of Villa Tavolese and Villa Luisa was carried out in 1997 and in 1998 and Villa Iris in 2001 to the tightest specifications required by the modern traveller. The hotel has 16 rooms : five feature a private terrace and independent entrance and one is a suggestive penthouse with four terraces looking north, south, east and west. All modern comforts are available in the traditional settings of a Sonesta Relais. We can easily accommodate guests wishing to relax on property or visit the region.
