Via dei Due Macelli 31 - 00187 RomaNoi siamo uno dei migliori B & B situati nel Centro Storico di Roma tra Piazza di Spagna , Fontana di Trevi, Il Parlamento e Piazza Colonna. Comodamente raggiungibili da ogni punto di Roma, a dieci minuti di auto dalla Stazione Termini e collegati con la linea della Metropolitana A, e con gli autobus 52, 53, 63, 630, 60, 61, 71, 80, 85, 850, 95, 175, 492 e vicinissimi alla stazione di Taxi di Piazza di Spagna e di S.Silvestro. Il palazzo che ci ospita è un edificio di stile Rinascimentale, di vecchia e solida costruzione, per cui alcune nostre stanze sono raggiungibili solo a piedi, consigliate a persone giovanili e con pochi bagagli al seguito. In compenso godono della splendida vista della Chiesa di S. Andrea Delle Fratte e dello splendido campanile opera del Borromini nel quale si presentano tutti i caratteri della sua arte: emancipazione dagli schemi del Rinascimento, grande armonia nell€accordo dei singoli elementi, giuoco sapiente di ombre e luci, di profondo effetto plastico, cura dei particolari decorativi, tendenza alla verticalità. Disponiamo di camere a due, tre letti, matrimoniali, e di una suite che può ospitare fino a sei persone.Curiamo in modo particolare la pulizia dei bagni e della biancheria fornita. Vi forniremo le chiavi del portone e della Vostra stanza per lasciarVi la libertà di entrare ed uscire a Vostro piacimento. Vi preghiamo soltanto, quando rincaserete, di osservare un comportamento discreto, a tutela della tranquillità dei Vostri vicini di stanza e dei nostri coinquilini del palazzo. Alcune camere sono dotate di bagno in camera, aria condizionata centralizzata e climatizzata per l€estate o per l€inverno, televisione, frigo bar e cassaforte, per soddisfare i nostri ospiti più esigenti. Altre hanno il bagno fuori della stanza, ma personale ed attiguo ad essa. Non disponendo il B & B di un portiere, sia di notte che di giorno, Vi preghiamo, all€atto della riserva, di comunicarci anche l€ora approssimativa del Vostro arrivo affinché qualcuno di noi stia ad aspettarVi. Al fine di render il più confortevole possibile il Vostro soggiorno presso di noi, Vi rammentiamo che l€ospitalità in un B & B è più calda ed accogliente rispetto a quella fornita da un albergo, ha gli stessi comfort, ma non offre tutti quei servizi tipici di un soggiorno alberghiero, compensati tuttavia da un prezzo decisamente inferiore. L€ambiente che Vi ospiterà è caldo, accogliente e pulitissimo. |

We are one of the finest private family residences, close to the city center, where we are opened our home to you. Bed and Breakfast room rates run around u.s. $ 80 € 120. These prices are fully inclusive of breakfast, taxes and service charges. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, you should realize some of the differences between expensive full-service hotels and private family homes that offer bed & breakfast in the original Italian style. Bed and Breakfast propietiers in Europe are not the same as in the U.S., where B&B has become increasingly associated with country inns, with housekeepers, staff and often with an in-house restaurant. In Italy these properties are known as € casali € in the in the countryside and as "residence" in cities. Our B&B residences is a private family home, in older building, of several hundred years old and consequently may have smaller rooms than you are used to at home or at modern hotels. However at a little number of these rooms the private bathrooms, which are for your use only, may be adjacent to your room or a few steps away along the corridor. An obvious, but often overlooked, difference between hotels and staying at private family homes is that of service; there is no desk clerk on duty to await your arrival, so it is vital that the we knows what time to expect you, as we have our daily life to attend to. The worst possible way to start your visit is to arrive unexpectedly and find no one at home to greet you. We will ask you for these details along with the relevant flight information . Be sure to ask our staff which one floor of the apartment is located on, as often the older buildings, do not have an elevator and the higher floors may only be suitable for younger guests, as it may take a couple of trips to get you and your baggage upstairs. The reward is well worth the effort, as you will find lovely rooms and charming hosts waiting to help you feel at home in Rome. You will be given a key to their home and this is a courtesy that should be respected, so if you return late at night, please be considerate of other guests or the host family. The rooms are regularly serviced, varying from home to home, but there is no €room service€. You are staying "in famiglia" not at a full-service hotel. But the real plus on the service side, is that you will be staying with hosts who really know their neighbourhoods and can give you the best independent advice about places to eat, shop and visit, unlike hotel staff who don€t live locally and don€t know about these things or perhaps get some kind of kick-back for referrals. You will find that our top-rated rooms have attached € en-suite € bathrooms, just like a master bedroom. However at a little number of these rooms the private bathrooms, which are for your use only, may be adjacent to your room or a few steps away along the corridor. |
