From the ground up, everything is new and operates on state of the art technology. Ca'Pozzo is located in the Cannareggio quarter just a few steps away from the Guglie Bridge. One arrives by walking under a picturesque Venetian "portego". This unique entrance ensures our guests the privilege of uncommon privacy and tranquility rarely found in Venice. From the Guglie Bridge Pier (located only 50 meters from the Ca'Pozzo Inn) all the major Venetian historical and artistic sites can be easily reached on foot or by ferry. Es wurde komplett renoviert und bietet dem Gast somit die Gewähr, daß er Ruhe und Komfort vorfindet. Die Ca' Pozzo liegt im Stadtteil Cannareggio, nur wenige Schritte von der Ponte delle Guglie entfernt. Man erreicht das Haus durch einen dieser malerischen, für Venedig so charakteristischen "Portegos". Die Lage hat den Vorteil, daß man ungestört und ruhig wohnt, was für hiesige Verhältnisse nicht selbstverständlich ist. Zu Fuß vom Landungssteg an der Ponte delle Guglie (ungefähr 50 Meter vom Gasthaus Ca' Pozzo entfernt) oder mit dem typischen Dampfboot, dem "Vaporetto", sind alle historisch und künstlerisch bedeutenden Sehenswürdigkeiten Venedigs mühelos zu erreichen.
