On the marketplace of the City of Winterswijk, at the heart of some of the best loved countryside of the Netherlands, you will find Stad Munster located in an authentic Jugendstil building, rich in charm. Originally established in 1643, the name of this "inn" was derived from the Peace of Munster, which was drawn up in the same year. Hospitality, personal attention, quality and romance have always been trademarks that make our guests feel right at home. Our hotel has 20 fully furnished, 4-star rooms. All rooms have a spacious bathroom, toilet, colour television, telephone and sitting area, and can be reached by elevator. Known as 'The House of Asparagus of the Achterhoek" and famous for its venison, the Stad Munster Hotel/Restaurant has rightfully earned its reputation as a place where even the most spoilt tastes will be pleasantly surprised.
