Costruito nel 1992, il residence mediterraneo è una struttura a conduzione familiare che offre ai propri clienti ambienti moderni forniti di numerosi servizi. In esso si puo' dunque beneficiare della professionalità di un servizio, frutto dell'esperienza di piu' di vent'anni nel settore, ed allo stesso tempo della confidenza e dell'elasticità nei rapporti con la direzione. Le soluzioni di soggiorno ottenibili sono numerose. La struttura dispone di 4 diversi tipi di alloggi che possono ospitare da 2 a 5 persone, in ambienti unici o in bilocali, con la presenza di appartamenti adatti ad ospitare persone portatrici di handicap. Tutti gli interni dispongono di angolo cottura e di balcone. I soggiorni sono preferibilmente settimanali/plurisettimanali (da sabato a sabato); ad ogni modo la flessibilità del servizio offerto viene incontro a tutte le esigenze e permette di raggiungere sempre un'intesa. Il MONO 3 è un monolocale che ha al suo inetrno un divano letto ed un letto a scomparsa i quali permettono di trasformare l'ambiente unica da soggiorno/sala da pranzo a camera da letto. Al piano terra i mono3 sono specificamente progettati per ospitare persone portatrici di handicap. Il MONO 4 presenta le stesse caratteristiche del mono3, con domensioni maggiori che permettono di ospitare una quarta persona; l'ambiente è più ampio e può ospitare un secondo letto a scomparsa (oltre al divano letto). Il BILO 4 si compone di due ambienti, uno adibito a camera da letto e l'altro a soggiorno/sala da pranzo; il primo ha al suo interno un letto matrimoniale, mentre il secondo ospita un divano letto. L'alloggio dispone di angolo cottura e di frigorifero; inoltre tutti gli appartamenti dispongono di televisione, televisione, cassetta di sicurezza e di balcone. Il BILO 5 si compone di due ambienti; il primo adibito a camera da letto, si compone di un letto matrimoniale e di un letto a castello a scomparsa; il secondo ambiente è il soggiorno/sala da pranzo il quale dispone di una poltrona letto. L'alloggio dispone di angolo cottura e di frigorifero; inoltre tutti gli appartamenti dispongono di televisione, telefono, cassetta di sicurezza e di balcone. Consumi (luce, acqua, gas, riscaldamento e biancheria) 14 euro a testa settimanali. |

The residence Mediterraneo is an ideal place for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. It Is situated a few minutes walk from the centre of Diano Manna and approximately 100 mt from the sea; not far away you can find the private beach, Bagni Mediterraneo, where our guests can enjoy the water of the gulf of Diano Marina at a reasonable price. Built in 1992, the Res. Mediterraneo is family run and offers its guests modem rooms with all the facilities. You will enjoy of the professionality of the service, due to twenty years experience, and also the friendliness of the management. There are various solutions for everyones needs. The residence offers four different types of apartments that can accommodate from 2 to five persons, in studios or bilocali, you can also find apartments suitable for disabled persons. All the apartments have a kitchenette and balcony. The management prefers weekly stays and more ( from Saturday to Saturday), however are flexible in order to satisfy everyones needs. The STUDIO 3 is an apartment with one room with a bed-settee and a foldaway-bed which permit the use of the room as a bedroom, or a living room. On the ground floor there are some studios that have been designed to accomodate the disabled. The STUDIO 4 Is the same as the studio 3, but they are slightly bigger so it is possible to accomodate 4 persons in the room. Is more as spacious and you can fit in a second foldaway-bed (as well as a bed-settee). You will also find a kitchenette with fridge, T.V, telephone, safe and balcony. The BILO 4 Is composed of two rooms, one Is used as a bedroom and the other one Is used as a livingroom or dining-room. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living-room as a bed-settee. The apartment has a kitchenette with fridge, T.V, telephone, safe and balcony. The BILO 5 Is composed of two rooms, one is used as a bedroom with a double bed and a foldaway bunk-bed. The other room is used as a living or dining-room where you will find an armchair (similar to a bed-settee). There is a kitchenette with fridge, T.V, telephone, safe and balcony. Consumptions (light, water, gas, heating and linen) 14 euro to head weeklies magazine. Die Residenz Mediterraneo ist der ideale Platz für einen erholsamen und komfortablen Urlaub. Sie liegt wenige Meter vom Zentrum von Diano Marina und Ca. 100 Meter vom Meer entfernt. In der Nähe befindet sich die Badeanstalt Bagni Mediterraneo, wo unsere Kunden zu günstigen Preisen den Strand und das Meer von Diano Marina genießen können. 1992 gebaut. ist die Residenz Mediterraneo ein Familienbetrieb, die ihren Kunden eine moderne Ambiente mit reichhaltigem Service bietet. Deshalb kann man die Professionalität eines Service genießen. Ergebnis einer zwanzigjährigen Erfahrung auf diesem Gebiet und gleichzeitig das Vertrauen und die Elastizität der Beziehung mit der Direktion. Die Lösungen eines Aufenthalts sind zahlreich. Die Struktur verfügt über vier verschiedene Arten von Wohnungen, in die man 2 bis 4 Personen unterbringen kann, in Einzimmer oder in Zweizimmerapartments. Es sind auch Apartments vorhanden, um behinderte Personen aufzunehmen und alle verfügen über eine Kochnische und einen Balkon. Die MONO 3 ist eine Einzimmerwohnung, in der ein Schlafsofa und ein Schrankbett steht. Deshalb kann man den Raum als Wohn/Esszimmer. sowohl als Schlafzimmer benutzen. Im Erdgeschoss sind die Mono 3 speziell geplant, uni behinderte Personen unterzubringen. Die MONO 4 besitzt die gleichen Eigenschaften wie die Mono 3, mit größeren Dimensionen, die erlauben, eine vierte Person unterzubringen Die Ambiente ist größer und eine zweite Schlafgelegenheit kann gegeben werden ( neben dem Schlafsofa ). Die BILO 4 besteht aus zwei Räumen, einer ist als Schlafzimmer vorgesehen und der andere als Wohn/Esszimmer. Im ersten steht ein Doppelbett und im zweiten ein Schlafsofa. Die Wohnung ist mit einer Kochnische und einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet; außerdem verfügen alle Apartments über Fernseher, Telefon, Safe und Balkon. Die BILO 5 besteht aus zwei Räumen. Im ersten der als Schlafzimmer vorgesehen ist, steht ein Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett. Der zweite Raum ist das Wohn/Esszimmer, in dem ein Schlafsessel steht.
