Gimignano, Pisa oppure le meravigliose spiagge naturali della cosiddetta Costa degli Etruschi. Le più importanti città di interesse storico e culturale come Lucca, Firenze e Siena si raggiungono in circa 1 ora di macchina. Hotel Fattoria Belvedere è stato ricavato da 3 antichi casolari toscani denominati Il Mulino, l'edificio principale costruito interamente in pietra, con la reception, i ristoranti ed alcune camere; Il Vecchio Frantoio, anch'esso costruito interamente in pietra con solo camere ed infine, la costruzione vicino alla piscina, Il Granaio con sala fitness, sauna e camere. Vi sono a disposizione degli ospiti 57 camere, che consistono di camere doppie e matrimoniali, suite e pratiche camere per famiglie con il letto sul soppalco. L'arredamento delle camere è nel tipico stile della campagna toscana, con mobili in castagno, travi, pavimenti in terracotta e materiali semplici, ma ricercati. Tutte le camere sono dotati di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, telefono diretto, frigo bar, tv satellitare e cassaforte. |

The 4-star hotel Fattoria Belvedere is situated on the top of a hill at Casino di Terra, in the southern part of the Province of Pisa, bordering with the Province of Livorno, in central Tuscany. From the hotel, surrounded by approximately 5 ha land, our guests can enjoy a marvellous view over the typical hills of the landscape in Tuscany. It is the ideal place for excursions or combining a holiday of relaxation between the sea and the hills. In fact, from Fattoria Belvedere it is possible to reach the near Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa or the beautiful beaches of the so called Costa degli Etruschi. The most important towns of historical and cultural interest like Lucca, Florence and Siena can be reached within about one hour by car. Hotel Fattoria Belvedere is made up of 3 antique Tuscan farmhouses called Il Mulino, (engl. the mill) the main building entirely made of stone with the reception, the restaurants and some rooms; Il Vecchio Frantoio (engl. the old oil mill), also completely built in stone with rooms only and the building near the swimming pool called Il Granaio (engl. the barn) with fitness room, sauna and rooms. There are 57 rooms disposable, consisting of double rooms, twin bedrooms and practical family rooms with further beds on the gallery. The room furnishings are in the typical Tuscan country style with furniture of chestnut wood, wooden beams, terracotta floors and as fittings typical Tuscan materials. The rooms are furnished with all mod cons like air condition, direct telephone, fridge-bar, satellite TV and safe. Hotel Fattoria Belvedere befindet sich auf der Spitze eines Hügels am Rande des Ortes Casino di Terra., Dieser kleine Ort liegt im südlichen Teil der Provinz Pisa im Zentrum der Toskana,. Hotel Fattoria Belvedere besteht aus 3 antiken toskanischen Gutshäusern: Il Mulino (dt. die Mühle), das Hauptgebäude in Naturstein; Il Vecchio Frantoio (die alte Ölpresse), welches ebenso komplett in Naturstein erbaut wurde sowie Il Granaio (dt. die Kornkammer) mit Fitnessraum und Sauna. Insgesamt stehen 57 Zimmer zur Verfügung, die auf die 3 Gutshäuser verteilt sind. Wir haben Doppelzimmer, Zweibettzimmern und praktische Familienzimmer mit Galerie, auf der sich weitere Betten befinden. Die Einrichtung ist im typisch toskanischen Landhausstil, mit Kastanienholzmöbeln, Holzbalken, Terrakottafliesen sowie ausgesuchten toskanischen Accessoires. |
