A trecento metri c'è l'unica pineta marina della penisola sorrentina salvata e curata dal WWF. In questo luogo la natura è stata preservata grazie anche ad una fattoria con cultura biologica distante a sua volta circa 300 metri. Grande è lo spazio privato all'aperto, tranquillo e riservato il soggiorno e bellissime le passeggiate possibili. Sant'Agata dista 1 km e qui oltre al ristorante di fama internazionale "Don Alfonso", altri ristoranti, bar e negozi, c'è anche la fermata dei bus che in pochi minuti portano a Sorrento, o alla baia di Nerano. La villa dotata di riscaldamento consente soggiorni in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno. Tipologia Cancello e breve viale con posteggio auto all'aperto. 1500 mq di verde: prato sul davanti e sul retro della villa e nascosti da una siepe i velo ed alberi da frutta. Su di un lato della villa e sul retro un ampio patio dove si può riposare o pranzare al coperto godendo della natura circostante. Dall'ingresso si accede ad un salotto arredato con divano, poltrone, tavolo con sedie, tv color, camino e con due porte finestre con accesso diretto al patio. A destra dell'ingresso un bagno di servizio con lavatrice ed una cucina attrezzata anch'essa con accesso sul patio. Saliti 5 gradini c'è lo spazio notte composto da: camera singola con grande finestra sul prato davanti, due matrimoniali con grandi finestre sul retro del prato, un bagno con vasca e doccia, una terza matrimoniale con finestra, balconcino sul retro del prato ed altra porta finestra con accesso ad un terrazzino coperto. Posti letto 7; se richiesto viene aggiunto un lettino. Servizi inclusi nel prezzo Acqua, luce, gas, pulizia e cambio biancheria settimanale, frigo, forno e forno a microonde,lavatrice, posteggio privato all'aperto e riscaldamento nel periodo invernale (8 ore al giorno). |

Position The villa has a patio and is surrounded by a lawn. A hedge separates it from fruit trees and an olive grove. At about 300 mt from the villa is the only Mediterranean or umbrella pine-wood of the whole Sorrentine peninsula saved and protected by W.W.F. In this area nature has been helped thanks also to a farm specializing in biological cultivation, that is approx 300 mt away from the villa.With ample out-door space, those who sojourn here are guaranteed to have tranquility and privacy and also have the possibility of taking some magnificent walks. The center of Sant'Agata is at about 1 km and here, apart from the world known restaurant "Don Alfonso", you can also find other restaurants, bars, shops and the stop for local buses that, in a relatively short time, take you to Sorrento or the Bay of Nerano. The villa has heating so a pleasant stay is guaranteed in every season of the year. Typology Gateway and short lane with open air car parking space. 1.500 sq mt of lush vegetation, lawn at the back and front of the villa and, hidden by a hedge, an olive grove and fruit trees. On one side of the villa and round to the back of it is an ample patio where you can relax or have a meal under cover enjoying the beautiful surroundings. You enter a living room furnished with settee, arm chairs, table and chairs, color TV, fire place and with two french windows giving access to the patio. On the right hand side of the entrance hall is a service bathroom with washing machine and an equipped kitchen also with access to the patio. Up 5 steps is the sleeping area composed of: a single bedroom with large window overlooking the lawn on the front of the villa, two double bed-rooms with windows overlooking the back lawn, a bathroom with shower and bath, a third double bedroom with tiny balcony also overlooking the back lawn, and another french window with access to a small covered terrace. Sleeps 7; if requested a small bed can be added. Services included in the price Water, electricity, gas, weekly cleaning and change of linen, fridge, oven and cooker, microwave oven, washing machine, open car- parking and heating in the winter period (8 hours a day). |
