Conosciuto inoltre perchè durante l'annuale Mostra del Cinema viene allestito un cinema all'aperto ove vengono rappresentati tutti i film in concorso. A pochi passi dal Ponte di Rialto, La Residenza al Pozzo dista inoltre solamente 15 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal car terminal di Piazzale Roma. San Silvestro è la fermata del vaporino più vicina a Campo San Polo, solamente un paio di minuti camminando. Un accogliente e silenzioso appartamento completamente ristrutturato e finemente arredato nel tipico stile veneziano del XVIII secolo con splendidi lampadari di vetro di Murano. Immerse in un clima tipicamente veneziano, le camere ampie e spaziose e tutte dotate di televisore, offrono una pace ed una tranquillità da sogno, che Vi farà dimenticare lo stress e la stanchezza. Le nostre camere sono ampie e spaziose, calde nel periodo invernale e fresche e ventilate durante l'estate. Finemente arredate, dotate di televisore. Disponibili sia con bagno all'interno che con bagno sul piano da condividere con un'altra stanza. Mettiamo a Vostra disposizione lenzuola ed asciugamani e la pulizia viene effettuata giornalmente. Amiamo inoltre ospitare famiglie con bambini anche molto piccoli. Al mattino verrà offerta una ricca colazione, che potrà essere servita direttamente nella propria stanza o nel terrazzino fiorito, dal quale si gode la vista del Campanile della Basilica dei Frari. The Residenza al Pozzo is located in the heart of Venice, in the sunny "San Polo Square", well known for the Carnival and famous for the Biennale Film Festival. As a matter of fact, an outdoor cinema is built every year, where all the films which are in competition are shown. Steps away from the Rialto Bridge, the Residenza al Pozzo is only 15 minutes from the railway station, and from the car terminal (Piazzale Roma). The nearest boat station is San Silvestro stop, just a couple of minutes from us. The Residenza al Pozzo is a fully renovated flat furnished in a typical Venetian style of the XVIII Century, with elegant Murano glass chandeliers. Room are bright and large, characterized by a dreaming peace and tranquillity that will allow you to rest and to forget all the stress caused by big and noisy cities. Our rooms are large and spacious, hot in winter time, cool and airy during the summer period. With typical interior furnishing, all the rooms are equipped with television. Rooms with bathroom to be shared and with private one are available. We will provide in cleaning out the rooms everyday and changing sheets and bath towels. We welcome with great pleasure families with babies. The familiarity and the warm welcome of the owners will make you feel good and relaxed immediately. You will have the opportunity to live an experience as a real Venetian, immersing yourself in one of the most romantic places of the world. You will be recommended on right itineraries, tourist routes, sightseeings, museums. At last we will suggest how to join the real restaurants where you will have the possibility of tasting the Venetian cuisine without taking the risk of washing up the dishes!!!!!!!!! In the morning a rich continental breakfast will be served either in the room or on the terrace with view over the Frari Church's Tower. Pets are allowed. |
