L'affittacamere è disposto su due livelli: al piano terreno si trova un ampia sala dove viene servita una ricca e abbondante colazione e dove è possibile leggere un libro o vedere un film. Al piano superiore si trovano le tre camere a disposizione degli ospiti: due matrimoniali e una singola. Ogni stanza è fornita di bagno privato, dotato di doccia. Non si accettano carte di credito. L'arredamento è semplice ma curato, giovanile e funzionale. Il B&B dispone di area condizionata nelle aree comuni. Grazie all'ampio e silenzioso giardino privato è possibile - previa comunicazione alla Direzione - accogliere anche piccoli e ben educati animali domestici. Inoltre il B&B Ninnananna, per prendersi cura anche della vostra auto, è convenzionato con un vicino parcheggio. Comfortable and handy for the historical centre of Florence, the Ninna Nanna Bed and Breakfast is located a short distance on foot from the Cathedral and the main train station of the Tuscan capital: Firenze SMN. The guest area is on two floors: on the ground floor there is a large living room, where you can read or watch a film, leading into a kitchen area where a substantial and tasty breakfast is served. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, one double without bathroom, one double and one single with en suite bathroom equipped with shower. No credit card accepted. The furnishing is simple and practical, the décor bright and tasteful. There is air-conditioning in communal areas. At the back there is a quiet, spacious private garden where it is possible, if previously requested, to house small, well-trained pets. B&B Ninna Nanna has an arrangement with a nearby car park where your car can be parked. Rita and her son Federico look forward to having you as their guest at NinnaNanna B&B. Im Obergeschoß liegen 3 Zimmer (2 Doppel- und ein Einzelzimmer); im Erdgeschoß wird je nach Wetterlage ein Internationales oder Italienisches Frühstück im Esszimmer oder im Garten serviert. Während der warmen Sommermonate hält die Klimaanlage eine konstant angenehme Temperatur in den Räumen. Weiter Annehmlichkeiten beinhalten Farbfernsehen mit einer großen Auswahl an italienischen und internationalen Videos, Internetzugang, Faxgerät, Telefon sowie der Gebrauch von Fahrrädern zur Erkundung der Umgebung. Kleinere, wohlerzogene Haustiere sind ebenfalls willkommen. A l'étage, se trouvent les trois chambres à disposition des clients : deux chambres doubles eu une simple. Chaque chambre a une salle de bain privée avec douche. Le Bed and Breakfast dispose de l'air conditionné. Grâce au jardin privé, il est possible d'accueillir les animaux domestiques (petits et bien éduqués), à condition d'avoir averti préalablement la propriétaire.
