Costruito negli anni ’20, è un quartiere di residenze storiche, di giardini curati, scalinate di marmo e palazzine eleganti. Villa Lenzi è costruita su tre piani, ha un giardino con un grande tiglio, in un ambiente tranquillo e gradevole. È una piacevole e comodissima sistemazione per piccoli gruppi di amici e coppie in gita. I bambini sono i benvenuti nella villa. Le camere a disposizione degli ospiti sono al primo piano, sono tre, arredate con gusto classico e mobili antichi. La Camera Gialla doppia o matrimoniale è arredata con un comò dell’800 e un antico armadio toscano. La Camera Rosa è spaziosa e con tre posti letto a disposizione degli ospiti. La Camera Azzurra matrimoniale è occupata da un antico letto in ferro battuto. I servizi igienici sono al piano e il bagno è con vasca o doccia. L’atmosfera è quella di una vera casa vacanza sullo stile anglosassone, l’ambiente è accogliente e familiare con tre camere a disposizione degli ospiti. Le camere sono proposte a prezzi interessanti come da listino ed arredate secondo lo stile antico della villa. Built during the 1920s, Villa Lenzi is an Art Nouveau style town house located in Siena’s most exclusive San Prospero district with is historical residences, noble building materials and well-kept gardens. The house consists of three floors and has its own garden with a fine old lime-tree for shade. It is thus a haven of comfort and quietude just a stone’s throw from the city center: the ideal location for individual travelers, couples and small groups of friends. The three attractively furnished bedrooms available for guests are located on the second floor. The Yellow Room can be made up with two twin beds or as a double; its furnishings include a fine old 19th century chest of drawers and an antique Tuscan wardrobe. The spacious Pink Room contains three single beds. The Blue Room features a splendid antique double bed in wrought iron. The bathroom and toilets are on the same floor as the bedrooms. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower. Children are always most welcome. Villa Lenzi is a family home furnished with original antiques. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and the three bedrooms made available to guests are comfortable and well appointed. Die für die Gäste bestimmten Zimmer, drei an der Zahl befinden sich im ersten Stock des Hauses und sind im klassischen Stil mit antiken Möbeln stilvoll eingerichtet. Das gelbe Zimmer mit Doppelbett, ausgestattet mit einer Kommode aus dem 8.Jahrhundert und einem antiken toskanischen Schrank. Das rosa Zimmer ist geräumig und mit drei Betten versehen. Das blaue Zimmer mit schönem geschmiedeten Eisendoppelbett. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne befindet sich im selben Stockwerk. Atmosphärisch eher im angelsächsischen Stil bietet die Villa Lenzi optimale Voraussetzungen für ruhige und erholsame Ferien in einem familiären, freundlichen und gemütlichen Ambiente. Eingerichtet ist die Villa Lenzi dem antiken und rustikalen Stil des Hauses entsprechend.
