- 80061 Massa LubrensePosizione La villa s'affaccia sull'incantevole baia di Nerano ed è immersa tra alberi, terrazzi, prati, piante rampicanti e tropicali dai mille colori e profumate. Ha due terrazzi coperti e due scoperti attrezzati con sdraio prendisole, ombrelloni, tavolini e gazebo. Come se non bastasse è ampia (8+2 posti letto) ed è dotata di tutti i comfort incluso riscaldamento che la rende abitabile anche d'inverno. D'estate sono in funzione ventilatori a pale. A 500 metri c'è la spiaggia, i ristoranti ed i negozi. Sulla spiaggia è possibile fittare barche per escursioni alla vicina riserva marina di Ieranto, lungo la splendida costa amalfitana e Capri. Per gli appassionati a 400 metri c'è un centro per subacquei che fitta mute e bombole e che a richiesta fornisce istruttori. 3 posti auto. Bus per Sorrento a circa 100 metri. Tipologia Si arriva alla villa attraversando un viale privato con piante rampicanti. Si entra direttamente in un grandissimo salotto con camino, divano letto, tv satellitare e stereo. In questo ampio salotto vi sono vari accessi a ben tre terrazzi panoramici. Allo stesso piano un bagno di servizio, un ripostiglio, ed una cucina attrezzata con accesso su terrazzo. Con una scala interna si sale al reparto notte composto da: 4 camere da letto (2 doppie e 2 matrimoniali, oppure 1 doppia e 3 matrimoniali) di cui due con terrazzo panoramico, 1 bagno con doccia ed 1 bagno con vasca e doccia. Posti letto 8; a richiesta 10. Position This villa faces the enchanting bay of Nerano and is immersed between trees, terraces, lawns, climbing plants and tropical plants displaying many colours and perfumes. It has two covered terraces and two open ones, equipped with deckchairs, garden umbrellas, small tables and a gazebo. It is of a good size (sleeps 8+2) and is equipped with all comforts including central heating which makes it habitable even in winter. During the summer ceiling fans are in operation. The beach, restaurants and shops at a distance of 500 metres. Boats can be hired from the beach for exploring the nearby marine reserve at leranto, the splendid Amalfi coast and Capri. At a distance of 400 metres there is a scuba-diving centre for diving enthusiasts which rents out wetsuits and oxygen cylinders and can also supply instructors. Parking for 3 cars. Bus for Sorrento at approx. 100 metres. Typology The villa is approached by a private lane lined with climbing plants. The front door opens directly into a large lounge with fireplace, bed settee, satellite TV and stereo. Various French windows lead out onto three panoramic terraces. On this floor there is a cloakroom, store room and an equipped kitchen with access to one of the terraces. An internal staircase leads to the first floor: 4 bedrooms (2 double and 2 twin rooms - or 3 double and 1 twin room) and a shower room. Sleeps 8 (10 on request).
