In effetti l'appartamento con accesso indipendente si trova al piano superiore di quella che un tempo doveva essere una casa colonica; lo si nota dai soffitti e dalle finestre più alte della norma. Quando si arriva sul piazzale in pietra antistante la casa -ovviamente ristrutturata- e con lo sguardo si abbraccia il mare della costiera sorrentina e tutte le verdi colline che la circondano istintivamente si fa un grande respiro come per assaporare l'aria pura di questo incantevole luogo. Lo stesso eccezionale panorama si gode dai finestroni dell'appartamento. Attraverso un cancello si può accedere all'antico sentiero pedonale che collegava e che ancora oggi collega Sorrento con il centro di Sant'Agata poco distante. Questo appartamento è ideale per chi amando la natura e la quiete e desidera trascorrere una vacanza in un alloggio sicuramente confortevole. Saliti pochi gradini interni si giunge ad un unico ambiente diviso in due da un separé; da un lato c'è l'angolo cottura e dall'altro due letti. Questo piano comprende un altro bagno con doccia. Position Coming from Sorrento and about 100 mt. from the village of Sant' Agata, you turn left and following a private road for about 100 mt, you reach the countryside! Infact the apartment, whit independent entrance, is on the upper floor of what must have been a country house; one gathers this by observing the high ceilings and windows which are higher than the normal. When you reach the stone courtyard in front of the house - obviously restored - and your gaze takes in the sea of the Sorrentine coast and the green hills surrounding it, you instinctively take a deep breath as if you were wanting to taste the pure air of this enchanting place. The same superb panoramic view is visible from the large windows of the apartment. Through a gateway you have access to the old foot-path that in the past connected Sorrento to the nearby center of Sant' Agata and still serves this purpose. This apartment is ideal for those who love nature and wish to spend a holiday in a truly comfortable property. Typology From an external stairway you reach the apartment which is composed of an entrance/living-room, an ample double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower. Up a few steps you reach a room divided in two by a screen; on one side there is the kitchen corner and on the other side two single beds. On this floor there is another bathroom with shower, up another 5 steps you reach a panoramic terrace of about 30 sq mt equipped with table, chairs, sun-shade and shower, where it is possible to sunbathe and eat.
