E' posto in campagna, nel verde degli ulivi liguri, ma ben raggiungibile sia in auto (è ad 1 km circa del casello Autostradale di La Spezia della A12/A15) e in treno (ad 1 km vi è la stazione di Vezzano Ligure, sulla linea Pisa-La Spezia e Parma-La Spezia. Rappresenta un tranquillo posto di soggiorno per poter raggiungere facilmente le principali attrattive turistiche della zona. La costruzione ha tre piani, di cui due utilizzati per gli ospiti. Il piano dedicato al B&B è composto da 4 camere e 2 bagni, di cui due camere doppie riservate agli ospiti. Il terzo piano costituisce un appartamento semi indipendente. Poichè la casa è dotata di due ingressi, gli ospiti accedono alle camere tramite un ingresso a loro riservato. L'appartamento, condivide con il resto della casa solo l'entrata, quindi salite le scale, gli ospiti sono totalmente indipendenti. È composto da una cucina, soggiorno, due camere doppie e bagno con doccia, TV, per un totale di circa 90 mq. Ben arredato con mobili in legno inizi '900. 4(+1) posti letto. La camera doppia 'Bambola' dispone anche di un bagno privato, con doccia. Letti separabili a richiesta. Possibile l'aggiunta di un terzo letto. Our B&B is located about 8 km from the town of La Spezia. We are in the countryside, among the Ligurian olive trees, but we are easily reached both by car (it is about 1 km far from the gate La Spezia, of highways A12/A15) and by train (the Vezzano train station is about 1 km far, it's on the tracks Pisa-La Spezia and Parma-La Spezia. It is a quiet accomodation. We are close to all the main touristic attractions of the area. The building has 3 floors, two for guesting. The part of the house dedicated to B&B has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The third floor is a semi-indipendent flat. As the house has two entrances, guests have a private entrance. The flat, shares with the house only the gate but upstairs, guests are completely indipendent. The flat consists of a kitchen, a large living room, two doubles and a bathroom with shower, TV. Wodden forniture aged '900. 4(+1) beds. The double (Bambola) has a bathroom with shower. We can add one bed more. The double (Cuscini rosa) do NOT has a private bathroom, but common. Double beds can be split at will. 'Da Fiorina' befindet sich circa 8 km von La Spezia entfernt. Ländlich gelegen, im Grünen, umgeben von Olivenbäumen; dennoch gut erreichbar - sowohl mit dem Auto (circa 1 km von der Autobahnausfahrt von La Spezia entfernt - A12 und A15) als auch mit der Bahn (circa 1 km vom Bahnhof von Vezzano Ligure entfernt - Linien Pisa-La Spezia und Parma-La Spezia). 'Da Fiorina' bietet daher erholsame Entspannung und gleichzeitig die Möglichkeit, die touristischen Hauptattraktionen der Region leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Die Gäste werden in einem schönen dreistöckigen Haus empfangen, das sowohl Komfort als auch Gemütlichkeit bietet. Im ersten Stock gibt es vier Schlafzimmer, wovon zwei für die Unterbringung der Gäste bestimmt sind. Es sind zwei gepflegte Doppelzimmer, mit antiken Holzmöbeln eingerichtet. Die Betten sind einzeln nutzbar, ein drittes Bett kann auf Wunsch bereitgestellt werden. Auf derselben Etage befindet sich ein separates Bad mit Dusche, das nur von den Gästen benutzt wird. Den Gästen steht ein separater Hauseingang zur Verfügung. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich eine separate Wohnung für vier Personen. Sie besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad mit Dusche und zwei Schlafzimmern, auf einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 90 qm. Auf Wunsch kann ein Zusatzbett bereitgestellt werden. Für die Gäste der Wohnung ist kein Frühstücksservice vorgesehen. Die Wohnung ist mit antiken Holzmöbeln geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein Fernsehapparat ist vorhanden. Doppelzimmer (Bambola) mit ein separates Bad mit Dusche. |
