A definirlo semplicemente un grande chalet dell'Ottocento, riportato ai vivaci colori dell'epoca e affacciato sulla ridente Val Pusteria, non si rende l'idea del Parkhotel Sole Paradiso.Perché è qualcosa di più: un insieme bilanciato di edifici che emanano dal corpo principale e che, dietro le classiche linee austro-ungariche, riescono a celare persino una modernissima piscina coperta ed una luminosa sala convegni. Gli interni sono foderati di legno chiaro, le camere con i letti a baldacchino hanno tappezzerie vivaci. D'estate una cascata di gerani rossi decora i balconcini e rende festoso l'edificio. Ci sono tennis, piscina coperta, sauna e bagno turco per un'ora di relax. E naturalmente i campi da sci e fondo tutt'intorno. Camere Le camere sono deliziose, ariose e allegre, una diversa dall'altra: stile fine secolo, "Jugendstil", tirolesi e moderne, alcune con letto a baldacchino, in parte con balcone o terrazza. Jahrhundert zu bezeichnen ist nicht ausreichend. Es ist viel mehr: ein ausgewogenes Zusammenspiel von mehreren Gebäuden, daß hinter den klassischen Linien der österreichisch-ungarischen Fassade sogar ein sehr modernes Hallenbad und einen sehr hellen Kongressaal verbirgt. Die Innenräume sind mit hellem Holz getäfelt und die Zimmer mit Himmelbetten sind mit farbenfrohen Tapeten verkleidet. Im Sommer verschönern feuerrote Geranien die Balkone und verleihen dem Haus ein festliches Aussehen. Die Gäste können außerdem vergnügliche Stunden am Tennisplatz, im Hallenbad, in der Sauna oder im türkischen Dampfbad verbringen. Weiterer Höhepunkt des Urlaubes sind die herrlichen Skipisten und Langlaufloipen rundherum.
