PODERNOVO Podernovo farmhouse is the oldest of San Fabiano farm, dating back late seventheen hundred. It was beautifully restaured by the Fiorentini with taste and all comforts. It is possible to rent it as a whole , accomodating comfortably 12 adults and 8 kids, with 6 master bedrooms, 6 living, 6 bathrooms, and 6 kitchens. One converted stable can gather everybody with a medioeval atmosphere around a fireplace that is ideal for dinners and relax, and cooking lessons! Outside under a wooden roof ,you can enjoy a barbecue or just relax in the shadow. Around the house a fenced garden with a panoramic swimmingpool with Arbia valley view and Siena skyline. A gardener and a house keeper is every day at your service! IL PINO (2+2 people) one bedroom suite ,with wonderful view of the Arbia valley,bathroom with Jacuzzi. A non-refundable down payment of 50% of the amount is required at the moment of the booking, by credit card or by money transfer to our bank. Balance by cash is due on arrival. Cheques and traveller's cheques are not accepted. 2.Cancellations Change of dates is a cancellation. Until 30 days from arrival date ,only the down payment is lost. After that , 100 % of the amount will be charged to your credit card. 3.Arrival time and departure Arrival is due on each Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Departure is due on each Saturday between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. We need the room by 10 a.m. to prepare it for incoming clients. 4.Cleanings Daily cleanings of each apartment will be carried out between 9 a.m. and 12 a.m. if you do not want to be disturbed ,you will not have the cleaning that day. Sundays and holidays ,no cleanings. If you cook something please take care of the dirty dishes. 5.laundry A laundry service is available in the house for 10 US $ each wash. Ironing is not included. San Fabiano c'est une ferme très vaste, un paradis constitué par plus de 600 mt de terre dont le plupart est représentée par les collines et la campagne authéntique toscane et ou' on retrouve les forèts de chènes, le lac et les vignobles.(cì les cerfs, les chevaux, les renards, les faisans, le lievres, le porc-épìcs et plusieures espèces d'oiseaux vivent et grandissent dans un espace protégé. Le coeur de la ferme est représentée par le chateaux médieval et par une petite énglise datée XI sìècle. Aux environs on trouve plusìeures fermes, parfaitement restorée et complètement équippées, qui soulignent la vérìtable beauté de la Toscane.
