Piazza dei Giuochi 1 - 50122 FirenzeLa Casa si trova al terzo piano con ascensore di un palazzo storico fiorentino del 18 secolo, nell'antico centro storico, vicino ai più importanti musei, negozi e gallerie; una delle camere con vista verso il Museo di Scultura "Bargello" mentre da un'altra sono visibili la Casa di Dante e la Chiesa di Orsanmichele. Ambiente calmo e tranquillo, arredamento in stile antico, camere luminose con bagno, frigo e asciugacapelli, cambio biancheria, servizio camera dalle h. 10.00 alle h. 12.30. Per la vostra colazione riceverete un voucher da utilizzare presso un tipico caffé toscano adiacente alla struttura, a 5 minuti a piedi, aperto tutto ill giorno: A scelta: Caffé,o cappuccino, o caffé latte, o té brioche, o cornetto pane, burro e marmellata Ogni cliente riceve la propria chiave all'arrivo ed completamente indipendente durante il soggiorno, senza limiti di orario di chiusura durante la notte. Per l'arrivo e per il pagamento del conto in partenza è previsto un orario dalle ore 12:15 alle ore 19:30 che tutti i clienti sono invitati cortesemente a rispettare; I bagagli non possono essere depositati durante la mattina. Cancellazione: - nessun addebito se la notifica di cancellazione è data entro 10 giorno dall'arrivo; - addebito del 30% del total se la notifica è data entro 5-9 giorni dalla data di arrivo; - Addebito per la somma intera se la notifica è data dopo il quinto giorno precedente all'arrivo. Elisabetta e Remo sono i proprietari della Casa; gentili ed affabili e sempre pronti a darvi preziose indicazioni e suggerimenti per le vostre escursioni sia dentro la città che negli immediati dintorni, oltre ad altre informazioni utili circa il noleggio di auto e biciclette, orari di treni ed autobus e relativi prezzi, negozi, ristoranti, caffes, parcheggi... Camera 1 - doppia con letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, frigo, asciugacapelli, safe, televisione, dispositivo elettrico antizanzare. Camera 2 - 3 - singola con letto largh. m. 1,30, doccia/lavandino, frigo, asciugacapelli, safe, televisione, dispositivo elettrico antizanzare. Camera 4 - 5 - doppia con due letti, bagno con doccia, frigo, asciugacapelli, safe, televisione, dispositivo elettrico antizanzare. Camera 6 - doppia con letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, frigo asciugacapelli, safe, televisione, dispositivo elettrico antizanzare. Remo è anche una "guida turistica" ufficiale locale e potreste organizzare insieme a lui una piacevole visita alla scoperta dei tesori inesauribili della città, nel mondo di poeti, artisti, scrittori, scienziati, banchieri, mercanti, antiquari... La Casa è molto conosciuta e frequentata da una clientela internazionale, soprattutto durante la stagione estiva e vi suggeriamo pertanto di mettervi in contatto e prenotare con un certo anticipo se veramente siete interessati ad unire il piacere della vacanza ad un ambiente confortevole e di buon gusto, nella città dell'arte e della cultura. |

The House is on the third floor, with elevator, of a historical florentine 18th century palace, located in the old city center, next to the most important museums, shops and galleries; one of the rooms has a view over the "Bargello" museum of sculpture. Another looks over "Dante's House", poet and writer of the Divine Comedy. It is a quiet and confortable place. Rooms have private bath, fridge, personal safe, hair dryer, tv and air conditioning. A special electric repellent will help keep away mosquitos. AC will be supplied only on request with a little extra charge and with use of a personal remote control. For your breakfast you will receive a voucher to be served at a typical tuscan bakery/pastry/wine shop close by, only five minutes walking distance, open all day long: On choice: coffee, or cappuccino, or coffee and milk, or tea brioche, or little cake bread, butter and marmalade You will receive your own set of keys upon arrival and will be completely independent during your stay. There is no curfew at night. To check in and settle your bill, the office is open from 12.15 (noon)to 07.30 pm; NO luggage will be accepted in the morning. Cancellations: - no charge if notice of cancellation given within 10 days of arrival; - charge 30% of total amount if notice given within 5-9 days of arrival; - full charge of total amount if notice given less than 5 days in advance. Elizabeth and Remo are the owners of the place. They are warm, courteous and ready to help. Ask them for any kind of information about sighteeing in the in the countryside, walking tours in the city, car or bike rental, train and bus connections and fares, shops, restaurants, cafes and parking places. Room n. 1 - kingsize bed, bathroom with shower, fridge, hair dryer, safe, television, electric mosquito repellent,ventilation's fan, extra bed on request. Room n. 2 - 3 - single, three quarters bed (suitable also for two people), shower and sink, fridge, hair dryer, safe, television, electric mosquito repellent, ventilation's fan, extra bath on request. Room n. 4 - 5 - twin, bathroom with shower, fridge, hair dryer, safe, television, electric mosquito repellent, ventilantion's fan, extra bed on request. Room n. 6 - kingsize bed, bathroom with shower, fridge, hair dryer, safe, television, electric mosquito repellent, ventilation's fan, extra bed on request. Remo is also a licensed tourist local guide and you can hire him for an easy walk downtown. He will entertain and introduce you to the fascinating world of so many famous artists, writers, poets, bankers, merchants, antiquarians.....you'll have fun and you'll learn so much in such a short time!!!
