Via Emanuele Filiberto 161 - 00185 RomaI miei amici italiani mi hanno "battezzato" Marco ma il mio nome è Mircea Marciu e sono nato nel 1967 a Giurgiu-Romania; non confondetevi con il famoso feudatario "Mircea il Vecchio" perché non sono caduto così in basso. Essendo uno studente di Storia -Filosofia in Romania (il paese di Dracula ma non è da preoccuparsi, perche non mi transformerò in qualcun altro) avevo sempre sognato di conoscere la gente che era riuscita di conquistare la "DACIA" (l'antico territorio in cui i Daci hanno vissuto 2000 anni fa.) Dopo che sono arrivato in Italia nel 1995 ho lavorato come hotel receptionist per quattro anni. Durante quel tempo ho imparato a capire il lavoro e lentamente ma costantemente ho cominciato a realizzare il mio sogno : di avere la mia piccola propria pensione-bed&breakfast. Italian B&B è un' ottima soluzione per tutti i turisti che vogliono visitare Roma allogiando in centro. Italian B&B sta a solo 15 min. dal Colosseo ; a 300 m dalla basilica " San Giovanni in Laterano è a sole due fermate di metro dalla stazione feroviaria: "TERMINI". Se siete molto ma molto pigri avete trovato il posto giusto:" la fermata di Metro sta a meno di 2 m dal portone d'ingresso del italian B&B. Al Roman and Italian B&B non ci sono orari di rientro. I nostri ospiti ricevono tutte le chiavi per essere indipendenti al loro arrivo. La camera 1 è una quadrupla: letto matrimoniale più letto a castello. La camera 2 è una doppia: letto matrimoniale. La camera 3 è una tripla: letto matrimoniale più letto alla francese. La camera 4 è ed è veramente piccola(1° piano). La camera 5 è una quadrupla con letto matrimoniale più letto a castello (appartamentino). La camera 6 è una doppia con letto matrimoniale(appartamentino). La camera 7 è una doppia con 2 letti singoli (2° piano). La camera 4 è lunga 5 metri e larga 1,5 metri. Ha però una buona luminosità in quanto alla fine della camera c'è una porta finestra di 3 metri che si affaccia sul vostro balconcino privato con tavolino e 2 sedie che guarda sul cortile interno garantendovi così tranquillità e fresco. Dopo un lungo giorno alla scoperta dei misteri di Roma potrete tornare alla vostra cameretta che ha anche lavandino e televisione. E' una camera molto luminosa ma se desiderate il buio non dovete fare altro che chiudere gli scuri! Le camere 5 e 6 si trovano entrambe in un grazioso appartamentino 4/5 minuti a piedi dalla struttura pricipale verso il Colosseo, in via Aleardo Aleardi 12A (angolo con via Merulana). Queste camere sono molto tranquille in quanto si affacciano sul cortile interno. Qui tutto è nuovo (apertura giugno 2004) e avete anche uso cucina. Il bagno è però comune. Se volete la vostra privacy potete sempre affittare l'intero appartamento per cifre ragionevoli! La plizia delle camere, anche se distaccate, è comunque quotidiana. Durante l'inverno il riscaldamento è centralizzato mentre in estate c'è l'aria condizionata. In questo appartamento NON provvediamo alla colazione in quanto avete l'uso della cucina. Su richiesta potete fare colazione al B&B principale dove ogni mattina, dalle 8:00 alle 10:00, allestiamo il buffet al prezzo di 2,5 euro a persona per giorno. My friends call me Marco, but my name is MIRCEA MARCIU As a history and philosophy student in Romania (Dracula's country, but do not worry, I will not turn into somebody else) I had always dreamed of getting to know the people that 2000 years ago managed to conquer "DACIA". Dacia was the old name of the country in which I was born. After having arrived in Italy in 1995 I worked as a hotel receptionist for four years. During that time I learned to understand the job, and slowly but steadily started to realize my dream of having my own small “pensione.” And thus in December of the year 1999 my dream became reality: Roman and Italian Bed & Breakfast. This is my Bed & Breakfast and I am very proud of what I have achieved; I invite everybody to come and visit!!! Roman and Italian B&B is an excellent solution for those tourists who would like to visit Rome and stay in the centre of town. The pensione is situated at no more than 10-15 minutes' walking distance from the Colosseum, at 300m. from the Basilica of St. John in Lateran and at only two subway stops from the main railway station Termini. Unlike some rather seedy areas around underground stations in, say London or Hamburg, this metro stop does not have problems with drug addicts, gangs or the like. We are situated in one of the safest areas of Rome, where you at all times can walk the streets without fear. Needless to mention, that we will provide you with all neccessary service, for you to feel comfortable in Rome. We will help you in organizing sightseeing and walking tours, reservations for the theatres, restaurants, museums, opera and bookings for the airport taxis. We can also recomend you some hotels and bed & breakfasts in Florence and Cinque Terre. With the garage just five meters away (hugh, parking in the center in Rome is a huge problem!) and supermarket at one minute walking distance, what more can I say? Welcome to Roman and Italian b & b! There is no curfew in Roman and Italian B & B. All guests receive the keys of the room and the entrance to the building upon arrival. Roman Italian B&B has seven (7) rooms Four of the rooms [room #1, #2, #3, #4, #7] are located in the main section of the B&B. Room #1, #2 and #4 share a bathroom. Room #3 has a private bath. Room #7 shares a bathroom with the owner's family (in our house at the second floor). The other two rooms (Room #5 and #6) are in the new flat just a few walking minutes away from the main section. Room 1 - quad: Queensize + one bunkbed from Ikea Room 2 - double: Queensize Room 3 - double: Queensize (private bathroom) Room 4 - single: single bed, very small!!! Room 5 - quad: Queensize + one bunkbed from Ikea Room 6 - double: Queensize Room 7 - double: two singles Room 4a (5' x 16.5'(or 5(five) meters long and 1.5 meters width (large), but it has a lot to offer to make your visit to Rome pleasurable. Not only is it affordable but you will have a private balcony with a table and two chairs that looks over the courtyard providing quiet and cool comfort. After a long day experiencing the mysteries of Rome you can return to your private room which includes a sink, fan, television and frigobar ... about a window. At the end of the room is 3 meter windowed door that goes on to the balcony. It is very quiet since is looks over the courtyard. It allows a lot of light if you desire but it also has shutters if you need total darkness. Room 5 and 6 These rooms are both in a new cozy flat about 4 or 5 minute walk away from the main section of the Roman and Italian B&B, towards the Colosseum. The street is called : Aleardo Aleardi 12A and is right on the corner with via Merulana. It is very quiet since it looks over the courtyard. Here everything is brand new ( official opening: June 2004 ) here you have full access to your own kitchen. At the end of the kitchen is a private balcony overlooking the courtyard. In this flat the two rooms only share a bathroom. They are bright, newly renovated and very clean, with central heating in the Winter and air conditioning in the Summer. In this apartment We do NOT provide breakfast for these rooms since you have full use of the kitchen. The buffet breakfast (not for Room 5 or 6) is included in the price and runs from 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM. |
