E' la prima azienda agricola ad aprire i "cancelli" sulle ridenti colline della zona del Chianti Classico: Il vecchio nucleo abitativo è sorto nel XVI secolo, ma è solo nel 1849, con l'ampliamento della fattoria e la costruzione della villa, che la famiglia Bucciolini ha iniziato l'attività agricola che tutt'ora esercita. La fattoria mette a disposizione dei suoi ospiti 8 appartamenti finemente restaurati nel pieno rispetto della tipica colonica toscana. Gli appartamenti, pur mantenendo intatte le caratteristiche della vecchia casa colonica toscana, sono dotati di riscaldamento singolo, TV satellitare, frigobar ed ogni tipo di comfortmant, offrendo la possibilità di ospitare da 2, a 5 persone. At 300 mt above sea level, La Presura farm stretches over 35 hectares of land mid-way between Florence and Greve in Chianti. La Presura was the first farm holding to open its gates on the sweet hills of the Chianti Classic wine producing area. The old dwelling dates back to the 16th century, but it was only in 1849, with the extension of the farm and the costruction of the villa, that the Bucciolini family started their agricultural business, which is thriving, today. From Spring 1999, the old barn and hay loft have been renovated and converted into apartments for Agriturism. Guest will find six beautifully restored apartments in the tipycal Tuscany country style able to accommodate 2,3 or 5 people. Each apartment has its own bathroom, with shower, fully equipped kitchen and 2,3 or 5 beds plus individual central heating and every type of comfort for your stay in Tuscany.
