Via Andrea Vignes, 12 Tab.4 - 73100 LecceIl B&B "Centro storico" è una antichissima struttura. ristrutturata e oggi dotata di ogni comforts, ubicata al 2° piano di un meraviglioso palazzo storico edificato nel 1500 dalla famiglia "Astore"; per la sua importanza, è stato posto a vincolo dalla Soprintendenza alle Belle Arti nel 1994. Il B&B "Centro storico" è situato nel pieno centro storico della città e nelle immediate vicinanze è possibile trovare numerosi servizi (ristoranti, farmacia, edicola, lavanderia, supermarket). Inoltre esso è circondato da tutti i più bei monumenti di Lecce. La struttura dispone di 4 ampie e luminose camere a 2/3 posti e una grande suite dotata di un grande bagno privato e un angolo cottura. Hall, sala lettura e un panoramico terrazzo attrezzato per il relax completano la suggestiva dimora. I giovani titolari del B&B "Centro storico", Mauro e Sandra Bianco sono lieti di curare personalmente ogni esigenza dell'ospite, indirizzandolo al meglio alla scoperta della città "barocca", dei più bei posti dell'incontaminata costa salentina e agli eventi e sagre caretteristiche che si svolgono nel territorio Salentino. |

The "Centro Storico" B&B is situated on the second floor of a wonderful building, which was built at the end of 16th century by the "Astore" family, after which it is named. Because of its historical relevance the building is listed and protect by the local Fine Arts Authority since 1994. The herald of "astore" family, inserted at the top of the magnificent main entry arch on the faced of the building represent a hawk holding an olive tree branch with its grips. The "centro Storico" B&B has recently been renovated and offer you every confort. The spacious hall, furnished with precious vintage furniture, is where our guest have breakfast and find interesting informations on local events, sights to see and how to get there. Sandra e Mauro Bianco, the young B&B owners are happy to take of their custumers' needs and of their queries, advising them on what is best to see and enjoy in the "Baroque town", as well as on the unspoilt salento coast and on the best among the many local characteristic and folcloristic events, and fairs. |
