I proprietari hanno ristrutturato questo edificio secondo le indicazioni della bioedilizia e della bioarchitettura con l'obiettivo di creare un'abitazione in cui sia possibile vivere bene e sentirsi bene. Il colore rosso delle mura, le travi in legno dei soffitti, il rigoglioso giardino, la luce che filtra dalle numerose vetrate permettono, pur rimanendo in città, di godere del benessere che solo la natura può dare. Infine, nella grande cucina vengono preparate focacce e pagnotte cotte nel forno a legna ed altri deliziosi cibi scelti, con una grande attenzione e nel rispetto del recupero di antichi sapori. |

Teresa is a beautiful early 20th century farmhouse with a large garden located in the Terraglio area of Mestre, on one of the most picturesque roads in Italy linking Venice to Treviso. The owners, Laura and Gianluigi, have restructured the building according to green building and green architectural criteria, with the aim of creating a home in which it is possible to live well and feel well! The same philosophy was used to create €Abitare S. Teresa€, the farmhouse cottage, built and furnished with materials that offer the assurance of a healthy and relaxing stay. Although situated in town, the red brickwork, wooden beams on ceilings, lush garden and the light that filters through the numerous windows offer a well-being that only nature can provide. Moreover, in the large kitchen foccacias and loaves are baked in a wood-fired oven and other delicious food is chosen carefully to return to the natural and healthy flavours of the past, the lifestyle chosen by Laura and Gianluigi for their family. In addition to this, the S. Teresa farmhouse is a place for creativity, for research into materials. In fact, the hostess is a Venetian artist who designs and produces, in collaboration with local master artisans, unique and particular objects with the brand name €Officina di Zoe€. Officina di Zoe, the studio, workshop and showroom of which may be visited, offers three product lines in which Veneto tradition is reinterpreted with originality, experimentalism and combinations of materials such as glass, wood, fabrics and ceramics. The glass creations are of particular interest; these include amphorae, glasses and plates, or elegant boxes and impressive gift packs containing oil or distillates. |
