L'Aparthotel Residence PANORAMA, moderno complesso inaugurato nel 1997, è ubicato in Figline Valdarno, nella Valle omonima, a circa 25 chilometri dal centro storico di Firenze, dal Palazzo Congressi e Affari e dalla Fortezza da Basso. Il Residence, ubicato di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria e circondato da una piazza privata, è costituito da 18 appartamenti completamente equipaggiati secondo i più elevati e moderni standard di comfort. Il PANORAMA Aparthotel dispone di: 9 appartamenti con 1 camera da letto, 8 appartamenti con 2 camere da letto, 1 Penthouse su due piani; disposti su 4 piani, con attico e superattico. Sono tutti forniti di poltrona e/o divano letto, angolo cottura completamente attrezzato, soggiorno con tavolo estensibile e sedie molto confortevoli, bagno privato con doccia, telefono diretto, Tv color, riscaldamento regolabile autonomamente, tapparelle elettriche. Il primo piano è ubicato ad un'altezza di circa 9 metri, consentendo quindi una maggiore privacy ed una vista panoramica dalle terrazze private degli appartamenti la cui estensione varia dai 4 ai 120 mq. La nostra struttura dispone di un garage privato, accessibile a mezzo ascensore direttamente dalle singole unità abitative. |

Ladies and Gentlemen, I like to have the opportunity to introduce you to the Panorama. The PANORAMA Aparthotel is only 15 minutes away from Florence historical centre and Florence international conference and business centre. Situated in Figline Valdarno, in the valley of the river Arno that cuts trough the Chianti area, surrounded by a private square and consisting of 18 newly build marble lined apartments, equipped to the highest standard for the comfort of the clients. The PANORAMA Aparthotel consists of: 9 Apartments with one double bedrooms, 8 Apartments with two double bedrooms, 1 Penthouse. All have a single or double sofa bed in the lounge, with fully equipped kitchen, dining area with extendible table and very comfortable chairs. All of the apartments have private telephone and TV, and individually controllable central heating. The private balconies vary from 36 square feet to 630 square feet, according to the apartments. The first floor is 10 yards high of the ground, giving extra privacy and panoramic views from the private terraces of the each apartment. Parking free of charge: all apartments have direct access by lift from the underground garage. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Das Hotel Residence Panorma befindet sich 22 Minuten von der Piazza S. Maria Novella in Florenz. Das Hotel Residence Panorma liegt am Flusstal des Arno direkt an dem kleinen Städtchen Figline Valdarno. Die freistehende Anlage aus 18 Apartments, welche alle über einen Stellplatz in unserer elektronisch gesicherten Tiefgarage verfügen. Der 1. Stock liegt ca. 9 Meter über dem Erdgeschoss, so dass man von allen Panoramaterassen eine traumhafte Aussicht hat. Zur Anlage: 9 Apartments mit 1 Doppelzimmer, 8 Apartments mit 2 Doppelzimmern, 1 Penthous. Alle Apartments verfügen über eine Couch oder einen Sessel, die man problemlos zu einem Bett umwandeln kann, einer voll eingerichteten Küchenzeile, einer Essecke mit einem ausziehbarem Tisch und bequemen Stühlen. Ebenfalls verfügen die Apartments über einen direkten Zugang zu unserer Garage, die man mit einem Aufzug leicht erreichen kann. Tous les soins ont été apportés à la construction de la Résidence PANORAMA, décorée de marbre. Chaque détail a été étudié pour permettre un agréable séjour. Selon les appartements, la surface des balcons privés varie entre 4 et 70 m2. Tous les appartements sont dotés d'un sofa dans le living, et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée.
