Paola, oltre a tenere la contabilità, suggerisce i percorsi per fare footing o cycling, oppure le gite nei dintorni per visitare le belle ville rinascimentali ed i luoghi etruschi. Anche noi, nel nostro terreno, abbiamo una bella grotta etrusca. A circa 6 km c'è il maneggio di una nostra amica e chi vuole può usufruirne. Giulia parla l'inglese, il francese ed il russo. Vi aspettiamo. L'agriturismo è un'ottima base di partenza per visitare le aree circostanti l'alto Lazio, il sud dell'Umbria e la Toscana. Viterbo, i territori Etruschi , palazzo Farnese. Caprarola, Villa Lante a Bagnaia, il Sacro Bosco di Bomarzo, e verso Terni le stupende Cascate delle Marmore. Tutto a circa 30/40 minuti di auto dall'agriturismo. Maneggi, pesca, acque termali, (Terme dei Papi a Viterbo) sono alcune delle attività disponibili nelle zone limitrofe. Nel primo piano dell'agriturismo trovano posto 7 camere da letto da 2-3-4 posti letto e un mini appartamento con angolo cottura che godono di un'ottima vista panoramica. Le camere da letto e il mini appartamento sono tutti provvisti di bagno e aria condizionata. Al risveglio una buona colazione con il miele, le marmellate ed i biscotti fatti in casa. Nell'aria il profumo delle rose antiche che si arrampicano lungo le arcate del chiostro cinquecentesco. Intorno la campagna che respira libera.... Una chiesa dei primi del Seicento fronteggiata da arcate a ricordo dell'antico chiostro, nella quieta reclusione della sua campagna che, si estende visivamente fino al monte Soratte. Una piazza in travertino collega la ex chiesa all'edificio dove trovano posto, al primo piano, sette camere da letto con bagno aria condizionata ed ampi soppalchi (2-3-4posti letto), mini appartamenti con angolo cottura ed ampia vista sulla campagna circostante e su Gallese; un piccolo borgo medioevale, racchiuso dalle alte mura di cinta del castello cinquecentesco, opera del Sangallo, ideale per una permanenza rilassante. Al piano terra c'è il ristorante, il bar, la sala lettura con comodi divani ed il grande camino, attorno al quale passare calde serate in inverno. L'interno della seicentesca ex chiesa, di 250 mq., si presta al meglio per ospitare anche gruppi di lavoro, seminari, banchetti, cerimonie che possono usufruire di un ambiente riservato e lontano dai rumori. Un tuffo in piscina allieterà le calde giornate estive. Il cibo, proveniente dai prodotti biologici dell'azienda agricola Giulia di Gallese rispecchia la tradizione e la genuinità. |

Giulia and Paola manage the farm and the farm holiday itself near by the building. Paola, who keeps the books, propose the journey for walking or cycling, to visit the beautiful villas of renaissance and Etruscan era. We also have on own land on which there is a beautiful Etruscan cave. Within the area our friend who offers horse riding which is available for all to use. Giulia speaks English, French and Russian. We are hoping to hear from you soon. Agro-Tourism offers you the best basis for visiting the surrounding areas of Alto Lazio, the South of Umbria and Tuscany; Viterbo a city in the land of the Etruscans; Palace Farnese in caprarola; Villa Lante in Bagnagia; Sacro Bosco di Bomarzo and towards Terni is the amazing waterfall of Cascate delle Marmore. About 30 to 40 minutes by car, some other activities are available, in the agro-tourism area of Maneggi, there are fish and hot baths (Terme dei Papi a Viterbo). On the first floor of the farm holiday Giulia di Gallese you can find seven rooms with beds for 2,3, or 4 persons and mini apartment with a cooking corner, where there is an optimum panoramic view. The bedrooms and the mini apartment are fully equipped with toilet and air conditioning. Awake to a fine breakfast of honey, marmalade and biscuits -home - made. In the air around you there is the smell of roses, roses climbing along the arches of a fifteenth century cloister. You are in a countryside that allows you to breathe freely... An early church of the sixteenth century is in front of you ... an arch is there to remind you of an ancient cloister and the quiet (special) seclusion of this country side, many people say, can be experienced as far as the Soratte mountain. A courtyard connects what was previously a church with a building which contains one floor with seven bedrooms, all with bathrooms and air-conditioning and ample space for 2,3 or 4 beds; two small apartments with cooking facilities and views of the surrounding Gallese countryside. Gallese is a small medieval town, ideal for relaxation. It shelters under a wall of a fifteenth century castle, the work of Sangallo. On the first floor there is a restaurant, a bar, a writing room with large sitting space and a fireplace adapted to give heat throughout the winter. Inside the church there is a space of 250 m2, that can easily accommodate working groups, seminars, banquets and ceremonies which require a quiet and reserved environment. A deep swimming pool takes away the heat of the summer. The food comes from the organic garden of Giulia di Gallese. Food that is genuine and traditional. |
