Frazione Pompagnano - 06049 SpoletoNon è semplice presentarvi il Convento di Agghielli perché le sue qualità sono tali e tante da non poter essere espresse con le consuete frasi che introducono il visitatore ad una attività ricettiva. Da qualche parte bisognerà pur incominciare. E allora incominciamo con il dirvi chi sono i realizzatori del sogno. Siamo in due: Marinella, interprete e dottore commercialista, e Dario - chi scrive - attualmente professore incaricato e ricercatore alluniversità. Amiamo la semplicità, la trasparenza dei comportamenti e le cose fatte per bene, come una volta; chiedete pure di noi quando contatterete la struttura e saremo sempre pronti nel darvi ogni informazione che desiderate. Abbiamo cercato di realizzare per noi e per voi un sogno comune: una famiglia serena (attualmente con due splendidi bimbi: Francesco ed Andrea) - in un borgo monastico del 1000, in un podere esteso per ben 100 ettari, in una città ricca di storia e di cultura, in una regione famosa in tutto il mondo per le sue bellezze naturali che decide di avviare una attività imprenditoriale di ospitalità integrata a qualità totale: insomma una cosa che ci si è rivelata complicatissima ma possibile. Il dominio dei prodotti non trattati, delle tecnologie di protezione degli ambienti dalle onde elettromagnetiche e dei materiali che consentono la respirazione con la natura circostante, rendono unici nel panorama ricettivo italiano i dieci alloggi del Borgo: lutilizzo di pavimenti in cotto, di pitture in calce e terre, di legno naturale, di materassi in cotone, lattice e cocco, di olio di lino e cere naturali, di cotoni e lini non trattati, di cavi elettrici schermati, di guaine in carta e di tessuto non tessuto, di sughero pressato senza colle ed, infine, di prodotti naturali per la pulizia del corpo, della biancheria e degli ambienti rende lospitalità esclusiva ed ecologica. L'offerta residenziale all'interno del Convento di Agghielli è costituita da otto suites e da due camere doppie. Le otto eleganti suites - composte da camera da letto, salotto e bagno con doccia - possono ospitare da due a cinque persone, con una capacità ricettiva complessiva pari a 30 posti letto. Tutti gli alloggi sono dotati dei migliori comfort: frigo-bar, televisore satellitare combinato con videoregistratore, radio, telefono con linea esterna, riscaldamento, finestre con vasistas e retina di protezione, illuminazione di emergenza. |

Its not easy to present the Convento di Agghielli to you because its qualities are so wide and varied they cannot be expressed in the usual words and phrases that introduce a visitor to a hospitality enterprise. But we have to start somewhere. So lets begin by telling you who has realised this dream. There are two of us: Marinella, qualified as a professional accountant, and Dario the present writer who is a professor currently engaged in research at the university. We love simplicity, clarity of behaviour and things done well, as they used to be. Whatever you wish to know about the organisation when you contact us, we are always happy to give you any information you desire. We have tried to bring into fruition for ourselves and for you a common dream. We are a contented family (with two lovely children at present, Francesco and Andrea) living in a monastic complex dating from the 11th century, in a farm extending over a good 100 hectares (250 acres), in a city rich in history and culture, in a region famous throughout the world for its natural beauty. From this we decided to launch a business enterprise in total integrated hospitality something which proved to be not easy but quite possibleWe have tried to bring into fruition for ourselves and for you a common dream. The ten mixed units of the resort all enjoy the widespread use of terra cotta flooring, lime and earthen paintwork, natural woodwork, bedding in cotton, latex and coconut, linseed oil and natural wax, untreated cottons and linens, screened electrical wiring, paper sheathing and non-woven fabrics, pressed cork with no glues and not least, all-natural products for cleansing the body, the linens and the surroundings. All this makes for exclusive and ecologically friendly hospitality. Es ist nicht gerade einfach Ihnen das Convento di Agghielli vorzustellen, es ist ein ganz besonderes Fleckchen Erde, fuer das uns die sonst fuer Gaestehaeuser ueblichen Einleitungsfloskeln wenig adaequat erscheinen. Nun gut, irgendwo muessen wir ja anfangen, und so sehen wir zunaechst wer eigentlich hinter der Verwirklichung dieses Traumes steckt. Wir, das sind Marinella, Uebersetzerin und Steuerberaterin, und Dario der Autor momentan an der Universitaet in Unterricht und Forschung taetig. Wir lieben die Schlichtheit, die Transparenz und eine gewisse Gruendlichkeit beim Erledigen der Aufgaben, wie frueher. Es war unser Ziel sowohl uns selbst als auch unseren Gaesten einen Traum zu erfuellen: eine glueckliche Familie (mit 2 wunderbaren Soehnen: Francesco und Andrea) in einer mittelalterlichen Klosteranlage ( um 1000 ) und einem gut 100 ha umfassenden Grundstueck, in unmittelbarer Naehe zu einer geschichtstraechtigen, kulturell lebendigen Stadt, in einer Gegend, die weltweit fuer ihre Naturschaetze beruehmt ist beschliesst, alternativen Fremdenverkehr auf hoechstem Niveau zu betreiben. Keine einfache Aufgabe, aber letztendlich doch realisierbar. Unser Motto lautet kreatives Wohlbefinden. Dementsprechend liegt unser Augenmerk im Bereich der Gaesteunterbringung im Wesentlichen auf zwei Gesichtspunkten: Einerseits die Verwendung von unbehandelten Produkten und Materialien, die es uns erlauben, mit der uns umgebenden Natur mitzuatmen, andererseits der Schutz unserer Umgebung vor elektromagnetischen Wellen und Strahlungen. Die Realisierung dieser Merkmale macht aus den zehn Zimmern, die auf unserem mittelalterlichen Anwesen zu vermieten sind, etwas ganz Besonderes: So verwendeten wir bei der Einrichtung der Zimmer ausschliesslich Boeden aus Terracottafliessen, Wandputz aus Kalk und Erde, Naturholz, Matratzen aus Lattex, Kokosfaser und Baumwolle, natuerliche Wachse und Leinoel, unbehandelte Leinen -und Baumwollstoffe, nichtstrahlende Stromleitungen und ohne Klebestoffe gepressten Kork. Saemtliche Koerperpflegeartikel sowie Wasch und Putzmittel sind ausschliesslich natuerliche Produkte. All diese Faktoren tragen dazu bei, dass Sie bei uns einen exklusiven und zugleich oekologisch wertvollen Aufenthalt verleben werden. In unserem ehemaligen Konvent befinden sich 8 Suiten und 2 Doppelzimmer. Die 8 eleganten Suiten alle bestehen aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnbereich und Badezimmer mit Dusche koennen bis zu 5 Personen beherbergen, die gesamte Kapazitaet des Hauses belaeuft sich auf 30 Betten. Die Zimmer bieten selbstverstaendlich jeden Komfort: Kuehlschrank, Satellitenfernsehen mit Videorecorder, Radio, Telefon, Heizung, Fenster mit Schutznetzen und Notbeleuchtung. |
