Via Acqua Lucia 74 - 00049 VelletriL'ELCE B&B è un villa su due piani circondata da un parco privato di 7000 metri , con grandi alberi di castagno, agrifoglio, nocciolo, ulivo, con inserimento di grandi pini mediterranei ed un imponente cedro. Tra i numerosi altri si trova il raro albero della canfora. E' presente il sottobosco tipico dei Castelli con arbusti di viburno, corbezzolo, lauro, ginestre. Crescono spontanee le fragoline di bosco. Il parco realizzato circa 50 anni fa, rivalorizzato dai nuovi proprietari è attualmente in corso di risistemazione dopo un periodo di abbandono a causa del non utilizzo della dimora, che ne aveva esaltato l'aspetto più "selvatico" e naturale sempre affascinante e che oggi si vuole in parte mantenere. Infatti dall'inizio della primavera fino all'autunno inoltrato si può passeggiare ed ascoltare il canto di molte varietà di uccelli che nidificano tra i fitti rami degli alberi più grandi e comodamente sdraiati ci si può ritemprare nel parco, prendere un caffè o una tazza di te magari gustando una fetta di genuina torta casalinga. L'abitazione si trova in zona collinare, contornata da altre ville, e di fronte ha la graziosa ed antica chiesa della Madonna del Rosario, costruita nel 1734 che oggi è sede parrocchiale. L'esposizione è verso sud, con la vista che spazia libera fino al mare. Vi è un ampio parcheggio interno. Le stanze per gli ospiti sono tutte dotate di bagno con vasca o doccia. |

L'ELCE Bed and Breakfast is a villa on two floores surrounded by a 7,000 sq. m. privat park with great chestnut, holly, hazelnut and olive trees with pines and and a (giant) cibron. Amongst various others the rare camphore tree can also be found. Typical undergrowth of the Castles area is present with guelder rose, strawberry-tree,laural and broom. Wild strawberries grow spontaneously. The park was accomplished 50 years ago, and is now being improved by its new proprieters after aperiod of abbandonment and being uninhabited. The wild aspect enhancedby this period has partially been mintained to keep the "natural" look and fascination. Infact, from the beginning of spring until autumn one can wonder around the park, listening to the many varieties of birds nesting in the dense branches or sit comfortably restoring one's strength, drinking coffee or tea with pernaps a slice of genuinity home-baked cake. The country-house is situated in the hills surrounded by other villas, with the ancient church of the Madonna del Rosario, opposite, built in 1734 which is today the parish church.It faces south with an open view towards the sea. There is an ample internal car park. All guest rooms are fitted out have bathrooms with bath or shower. L'ELCE B&B ist eine zweistöckige Villa mitten in einem Privatpark von 7000 m2 mit hohen Kastanienbäumen und Pinien, Stechpalmen, Haselnüssen, Ölbäumen und auch einem mächtigen Zedratbaum. Hier wächst sogar der seltene Kampferbaum. Die typische Vegetation der Castelli ist überall anwesend: Wasserholder, Erdbeerbaum, Lorbeer, Ginster, Walderdbeere. Die neuen Eigentümer versuchen heute, den fünfzigjährigen Park zu restaurieren, ohne ganz auf den wilden Charakter zu verzichten, den er wegen langer Vernachlässigung angenommen hatte. Vom Frühling bis zum Herbst kann der Gast durch den Park spazieren oder sich einfach hinsetzen, um bei einer Tasse Kaffee und einem Stück hausgemachter Torte den Gesang der zahlreichen Vogelarten, die im dichten Laub nisten, zu genießen. Das Haus liegt in einem Hügelgebiet und ist von anderen Villen umgeben. Jenseits der Straße befindet sich die schöne Pfarrkirche Madonna del Rosario aus 1734. Die Hausfassade geht nach Süden hinaus und den Blick kann man hier frei bis zum Meer schweifen lassen. L'ELCE besitzt einen geräumigen Privatparkplatz. Alle Zimmer sind mit Bad (Dusche oder Badewanne) ausgestattet. L'ELCE Bed & Breakfast est une villa de 2 étages, entourée d'un parc privé de 7000 m² avec de grands châtaigniers, noisetiers, oliviers, citronniers. On y trouve aussi un camphrier, espèce assez rare. Typique de la région, un sous-bois avec des lauriers, des fraisiers, des genêts, des rosiers de Gueldre. Après une période d'abandon, le parc est maintenant restauré par ses nouveaux propriétaires qui tiennent à lui conserver son aspect sauvage et naturel. Du début du printemps jusqu'en automne, le visiteur peut se balader dans le parc et profiter du chant des nombreuses variétés d'oiseaux qui nichent dans les branchages touffus, ou bien s'installer confortablement et reprendre des forces en buvant du café ou du thé accompagné d'une délicieuse tranche de gâteau fait maison. Ce manoir est situé sur les collines, entouré d'autres villas, avec, en face, l'ancienne église de la Madonna del Rosario, construite en 1734 et qui est aujourd'hui l'église paroissiale. Au sud, la vue s'étend jusqu'à la mer. Le domaine possède un grand parking privé. Toutes les chambres sont équipées de salles de bains avec douche ou baignoire. |
