Via Acqua Lucia 27 - 00049 VelletriIl CASALE B&B è posto in una costruzione del 1600 su due piani, che ha anche alcune depandance (vedi ASSOCIAZIONE CULTURALE COLLE IONCI). Un parco di circa due ettari fa da contorno agli edifici. Sul retro dominano essenzialmente dei grandi pini, un viale di cipressi conduce all'edificio principale, mentre sul fronte, verso sud la vista sulla pianura e sul mare gli spazi aperti con gruppi di grandi alberi formano delle "oasi" di ombra, attrezzate con tavoli e sedie dove potersi fermare in conversazione o gustare un aperitivo. Olmi, lecci, piante di ulivo, e tante altre, con arbusti di lauro, di viburno, grandi oleandri, e grandi spazi conferiscono un carattere molto mediterraneo e solare al parco, che per due lati è racchiuso da una alta siepe di lauro. Attorno, ma non immediatamente visibili, si trovano solo ville a conferma della posizione ideale di questa antica residenza. A fianco vi è la graziosa ed antica Chiesa della Madonna del Rosario costruita nel 1734 che oggi è sede parrocchiale. Le stanze sono sia nella residenza principale che in una delle depandance, e sono tutte provviste di bagno con doccia o vasca. Vi è un vasto parcheggio all'interno che può ospitare anche pulman. |

IL CASALE B&B is located in a two storied building dating from the 1600's which has various annexes (see Colle Ionci Cultural Association), surrounded by a park of two ectares. Tall pine trees dominate the back of the country house (whereas) a driveway lined with cypresses leads to the front, facing south. The view across the Plain towards the sea is interspersed with groups of large trees creating oases of shade furnished with tables and chairs where one can pause in conversation or relish an aperitif. Elms, oaks, olive trees with laurels, guelder rose, oleander bushes give a really sunny Mediterranean look, enclosed on two sides by high laureal hedges. This residence, surrounded by other villas but out of sight confirms its ideal position. Next to it is the charming old church of the Madonna del Rosario, built in 1734 which is now the local parish church. All rooms both in the main residence and the annexes have a bath or shower. The large internal car park may also be used for coaches. IL CASALE B&B befindet sich in einem klassierten zweistöckigen Gebäude aus dem 17. Jahrhundert mit Anbauten. Rundherum erstreckt sich über ca. 2 Hektar ein teils mit hohen Pinien bepflanzter Park, durch den eine Zypressenallee zum Hauptgebäude führt. Auf der Südseite wechseln offene Räume mit Baumgruppen ab, "Schattenoasen" mit Tischen und Sesseln versehen, die einen zum Gespräch oder zum Aperitif einladen, den Blick auf die Ebene und das Meer gerichtet. Ulmen, immergrüne Eichen, Ölbäume, Lorbeeren, Wasserholder, Oleander geben dem Park einen typisch mittelmeerischen Charakter. Auf zwei Seiten ist der Park durch hohe Lorbeerhecken von den Nachbarvillen getrennt. Die Gästezimmer befinden sich entweder im Hauptgebäude oder in den Anbauten und sind alle mit Bad (Dusche oder Badewanne) ausgestattet. Der geräumige Parkplatz kann sogar Busse aufnehmen. IL CASALE B&B est situé dans 2 bâtiments classés datant du 17ème siècle, avec diverses annexes et entourés d'un parc de 2 hectares. De grands pins règnent sur l'arrière du manoir, tandis qu'une allée plantée de Cyprès mène à l'avant de la maison, située au Sud. La vue s'étend à travers la plaine jusqu'à la mer et est émaillée de grands arbres formant des oasis à l'ombre desquelles le visiteur peut s'installer pour converser tout en dégustant son apéritif. Les chênes, oliviers, ormes, lauriers, rosiers de Gueldre ainsi que les buissons d'oléandres confèrent à ce parc un aspect typiquement méditerranéen. Bien qu'entouré de villas, ses hautes haies de lauriers préservent son intimité. A proximité se trouve la charmante ancienne église de la MADONNA del ROSARIO construite en 1734 et qui est aujourd'hui l'église paroissiale. Le grand parking intérieur peut aussi accueillir les cars. Toutes les chambres de la résidence sont équipées de salles de bains avec douche ou baignoire. |
