Contrada Cala Croce - 92010 LampedusaLa prima volta che vi sedete a tavola, vi accorgerete di colpo che c'e' qualche cosa di straordinario al Cavalluccio Marino: e' la cucina della signora Angelina, moglie del signor Pietro, proprietario dell'albergo e di un peschereccio, (sul quale potrete passare un'indimenticabile notte a vedere la pesca azzura). Le camere raccolte intorno ad un piccolo patio sono tutte indipendennti, con servizi, telefono diretto, frigobar, aria condizionata e tutto quanto puo' servire per una vacanza in completo relax. Ogni giorno si puo' decidere se passare la giornata nella vicina e tranquilla spiaggetta di Cala Croce, a pochi passi dall'albergo, oppure (direttamente in albergo si puo' affittare una macchina o un motorino) andare a fare un tonificante bagno nelle acque azzure e limpidissime della famosa "Baia dei Conigli" (distante un paio di Km. dal Cavalluccio Marino) dove da sempre le tartarughe vanno a deporre le loro uova, oppure ancora provare ad immetersi nell'entroterra Lampedusano, un paesaggio affascinante, dove incontrando i dammusi (antiche costruzioni in pietra) sembra di essere tornati indietro nel tempo. |

The rooms, arranged around a small patio, are each independent of one another, complete with bathrooms, direct telephone lines, bar/refrigerators, air-conditioning and all you need for a vacation of complete relaxation. You can decide to pass the day in the close and tranquil beach at Cala Croce (Cross Bay), a few steps from the hotel. Otherwise you can take an invigorating swim in the crystal clear blue seas of the famous "Baia dei Conigli" (Bay of Rabbits) just a few kilometers from Hotel Cavalluccio Marino (one can rent a car or moped directly from the hotel) - where sea turtles as always come to deposit their eggs. Or you can go further inland, into Lampedusa, a fascinating passage, where you come across dammusi (antique stone constructed houses) that make you feel as though you've turned back time.
