San Marco - 30124 VeneziaElegante e confortevole appartamento completamente restaurato, sito nel tranquillo quartiere fra Campo Santo Stefano e SantAngelo, nelle vicinanze di Palazzo Grassi. Al primo piano di una palazzina, l'appartamento è composto da uno splendido salottino, sala da pranzo, una cucina perfettamente attrezzata, una stanza doppia, un bagno con doccia. La vista di gran parte delle stanze da su un canale e ciò richiama un'atmosfera particolarmente veneziana. ORARI DI ARRIVO E PARTENZA L' appartamento viene consegnato dalle ore 14:00 del giorno di arrivo e deve essere lasciato entro le ore 10:00 del giorno di partenza. Al Vostro arrivo, un rappresentante di Dimora Veneziana Vi aspetterà alla stazione delle linee di navigazione pubbliche più vicina all'appartamento, per consegnarvi le chiavi e darvi le informazioni utili riguardo allo stesso. La consegna delle chiavi avviene anche direttamente nel nostro Ufficio. Al vostro ingresso nell'appartamento, Vi verrà chiesto di firmare l'inventario degli oggetti che si trovano nell' appartamento. Se vi accorgete che un oggetto della lista è danneggiato siete tenuti a comunicarlo entro le ore 12:00 del giorno seguente la data di arrivo, in caso contrario la nostra società non sarà responsabile per tale articolo. Su richiesta, Dimora Veneziana organizza il trasporto dall' aeroporto, dalla stazione ferroviaria o da Piazzale Roma fino all' appartamento e viceversa, in taxi. I prezzi indicati sono complessivi di IVA, servizio di ricevimento arrivo/partenza, pulizia finale, lavaggio biancheria (ogni appartamento è fornito di biancheria completa). A richiesta: servizio di pulizia giornaliera - prenotazione spettacoli, ristoranti - servizio di trasferimento da e per l'aeroporto - stazione ferroviaria Terminal automobilistico Tronchetto o Piazzale Roma. |

Completely restored, first floor apartment in the exquisite and elegant quarters of SantAngelo and Santo Stefano. The apartment consists of a beautiful lounge/sitting room, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, one double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub. The views from most of the rooms look onto a canal, that gives a typical Venetian atmosphere. The furnishings and decorations have been particularly chosen to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location of the apartment is favourable as its location is near many bridges of interest, also the cultural museums and galleries, the Palazzo Grassi is near the vaporetto/boat stop of SantAngelo, near the quite and beautiful Campo Santo Stefano with her numerous open terraces. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME The apartment is delivered from 14.00 o'clock of the arrival day and must be left within 10.00 o'clock of the last day of Your stay. At Your arrival a representative of Dimora Veneziana will wait for You, at the pubblic boat line station closest to the apartment, to give You the keys and the first usefull informations. The keys delivery takes place also in our Point Office. After You have entered the apartment, You will be asked to sign the list of the existing objects. If you discover that an item in the inventory is damaged, you must report it at latest within 12 am of the day after Your arrival, otherwise our society will not be responsible for such item. On request, Dimora Veneziana arranges the transfer from the airport, the railway station or Piazzale Roma (car terminal) to the located apartment and back, with settled water-taxi. To make Your arrival simpler, we beg You to tell us (by phone, fax or e-mail) Your means of transport, as well as the number of Your flight, train or if You arrive in Venice by car. In this way we could suggest You the best way to reach Your apartment or our office. Prices are including VAT tax, incoming service in/out, final cleaning, linen laundry (all linen is provided in any of our flat). On request: daily flat reset events and restaurants booking transfer service to and from the airport rail station car terminal. |
